- Make sure you have an Auto-delivery order of at least 60 QV.
- As of June 15, 2012, have at least three (3) new personally enrolled Customers purchase product.
- Ensure the total QV of your new Customers’ product orders for that month is at least three times that of your Auto-delivery order.
For example:
- 60 QVA minimum of 3 new Customers who purchased product with a combined total QV of at least 180
- 120 QVA minimum of 3 new Customers who purchased product with a combined total QV of at least 360
- 160 QVA minimum of 3 new Customers who purchased product with a combined total QV of at least 480
