Vemma Brand Partners can schedule meetings at the new Verve Central, located at our Vemma South Store in Tempe, Arizona.

Verve Central and the Vemma South Conference Rooms are convenient and professional venues for meetings large and small. Brand Partners can schedule a meeting in one of the three rooms during daytime, evening, or Saturday hours (depending on availability; evening and weekend bookings only available for Verve Central). The meeting rooms feature vibrant branding and state-of-the-art audiovisual systems.

  • The Verve Central meeting room (seating up to 100 people) is equipped with an 80″ LED TV, Apple TV, Wireless Music System and Blu-ray. It’s available Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Booking fee: $150 per 2-hour block.
  • Vemma South Conference Room A (seating up to 10 people) has a conference call phone, LED TV and built-in whiteboard with projection screen. It’s available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Booking fee: $10 per hour.
  • Vemma South Conference Room B (seating up to 4 people) includes a conference call phone. It’s available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Booking fee: $10 per hour.


Making a Reservation

You can book a meeting by e-mailing the following info to:
  • Brand Partner Name
  • Phone Number
  • E-mail Address
  • VID Number
  • Date and Time of Reservation

You’ll be contacted within 24 hours to complete your reservation. Once booking is complete, you will receive a reservation confirmation number.

Please note that you must be at least 18 years old and need a credit card to book a meeting. Daytime meeting reservations must be made at least one week in advance, and cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance in order to obtain a refund. Conference calls are set up for local use only. If you need to use long distance, please let us know at the time of booking.

At the Meeting
Please bring your driver’s license, as you will need to leave it with a Vemma employee until all audiovisual equipment is inventoried and inspected after the meeting. You can arrive to set up for your meeting up to one hour prior to scheduled start time. Please be aware that if excessive cleanup is required after your meeting, you will be charged a $100 per hour cleaning fee. The maximum capacity of 100 people must be enforced per city code.
